COTR BURIRAM

Greetings Everyone in the Name of Jesus!

THE VISION

This month has been an exciting month for us already.  We visited COTR Buriram this last weekend and It was wonderful to see this miracle of God manifesting before our eyes. A few months ago, the plan was to start out by laying the posts and then doing a little at a time as the finances came in.  Well, the finances came from all different directions and here we are almost half finished with the whole building. Praise God in the highest!  All that is needed to finish the whole building is around $12,000 USD. Wow, God is good!  Please pray with us for we are asking God if it can be finished by August, which is the 10th year anniversary of the church. Annie and I are wanting to be here when we dedicate it to the Lord before we go to America for a furlough in October or November.  So, If you would like to participate in this great miracle of God, please let me know and I will give you directions how to give. You will be blessed, I guarantee it!

We also ministered in the church for Sunday worship service.  Annie taught before service and I preached the main service. It was so good to see everyone as it has been almost 3 months since we were here last. God blessed us all during the service and they had a belated birthday celebration for Annie. What a wonderful day in the Lord!

As for Annie and I we have a lot of things coming up towards the end of the year, so keep us in prayer.  In July, we will be going to Germany to visit our Son and family, our daughter and her husband from America will be joining us also. Pray for our travels and protection.

Then as I mentioned Annie and  are planning on taking a furlough to America leaving here sometime in October or early November. We will be staying somewhere between 6-12 months. This will be the first time we have had a full furlough to America since we have been in Thailand (28 years).  Haha. Also, only the second time we have been back for the holidays. So please keep us in prayer for all that is involved in making this happen.  Amen?

More Chairs for the Church

We just returned from the Philippines last Monday and praise God for all He has done!  It was a great trip and was definitely the will of God for this trip. We saw God move in every service and many were touched by God, healed physically and spiritually, and many were added to the church.  I thank God because before we left on Friday there was standing room only in the church. We were able to bless them with an offering before we left and they used it to buy more chairs. Praise God and those who gave for our trip.

We arrived on a Tuesday and were able to rest a  couple of days before we started ministering.   Friday night we visited the church and home of our spiritual son and family. It was really good to see what God is doing in their life.  The church is in the process of being built and they were hurrying to get it finished enough to have their first service on Saturday morning.

Saturday morning I preached the first service in the new building,  The anointing was so powerful and God moved among us with great power and glory. It was a great service and many were touched and ministered to by the Holy Spirit.

Saturday afternoon Annie ministered to the women and many others as well. She preached a great message in English to everyone. God moved and touched everyone. The women were encouraged and set on fire for God.

The electric went off, but did not stop God from moving!

Sunday morning, I preached again for the main service and once again God over among His people. Many people rededicated themselves and many came to know Jesus in a greater way. We had an altar call at the end of the service for the whole weekend and prayed for God to meet their needs and help them in their walk with God. God touched many.

Tuesday morning, we headed for the beach for a water baptism service. What a powerful and wonderful service.  Over 56 people were baptized or re-baptized to dedicate their lives to the Lord!  It was an awesome experience and privilege to be a part of this move of God. 

We thank God for the time we were able to spend time with all of our spiritual children and grandchildren that we have not seen for 10 years now. God is Good!

Annie and I thank God for all He did and especially giving us the strength and energy to be able to make this special trip. Thank you for all your prayers because God answered every one of them. From the time we left home to the time we returned we saw the favor of God in our lives everywhere we went. Favor with the weather, the airlines, immigration, hotels, and workers in the airport. It was a long trip and we broke it up into many steps going and coming back and I can truly say God was with us the whole time, helping and strengthening us every minute of the way.

So, many thanks to everyone who supports us and prays for us. A special thanks to GTCOTR for a special offering to help us and a special thanks to Joy Bledsoe Osgood for her offering as well. God is Good!
